The child within you is indeed a deep part of you. The child is always with you, no matter how little or how much you know about it.
The child within us is a profound source of knowledge about our life adventures and ourselves. The child in most of us has wounds that have yet to be completely healed. The child within us is a source of energy. The child within us preserves our hope and ability to love deeply. Communicating regularly with the child within us is in our best interest. I believe the child within us guards our feelings and tries to protect us. I believe that the child within us has gifts to give us. We have gifts to give the child within us.
Part 1
To begin this conversation, you first post a picture of yourself as a child.

Describe a toy or memorabilia (a picture would be helpful) that you enjoyed as a child.
