Choose your business name.
Explain the concept/theme and cuisine.
Determine if your prices will be low, medium, or high, and which district of the map you’ll park your truck in to sell during the day.
Explain two trends in the external environment that will impact your food truck business either positively or negatively. Identify which external environment category each trend is from (economic, legal, competitive, social, technological, or global) and their potential impact (suggested length – two paragraphs).
Choose one of these external trends that you believe will play a role in either the supply or demand of your food truck business. Explain its impact and how the trend could potentially change your pricing (suggested length – one paragraph).
