Each week a different disability area is discussed in this course. Select two different disability areas and respond to the prompts included below for each disability.
For each disability area,
discuss the disorder(s) included under each disability,
the characteristics of each disability area, ISBE’s criteria, interventions to help students with each disability area,
the role of the school social worker, and (also include the role of the teacher, support staff, school, and how to work with the parents and families).
