All employees are monitored before the training period on the percentage of correct information they provide to customers and then monitored again 3 weeks after the training program is completed.Mr. Cooper, the CEO of Cooper Enterprises, has little education, but is intelligent, extremely motivated, and open to feedback from his directors.
