Consider how the organization’s culture and other internal systems (e.g., hiring practices, rewards structures, compensation, etc.) contribute to, or detract from, its stated goals and values. A 100% ethical organization (a unicorn) would have all its formal and informal systems aligned. Begin with a description of how the company currently manages (or overlooks) the role of ethics in its business. Then, drawing on concepts from multiple course parts, identify risk points, and describe how the organization could improve how it handles its ethical behavior and outcomes. Offer specific recommendations for how the organization could make changes that would improve its ethics and decrease its ethical and reputational risk going forward. The paper should be 8-10 pages double-spaced, 12-point font (not including bibliography or appendix), with your last name and the page number in the upper right header.
